  • Yes, I am currently accepting new adult clients for individual and group therapy. I will update this answer monthly.

  • Yes, I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield networks of West Virginia, PEIA (administered by UMR), Aetna, and Peak Health. I will preauthorize your insurance to ensure that I am in network with your specific plan.

    If you have out of network benefits, I can provide you with a superbill (summary of services) for you to submit to your insurance.

  • I offer both in-person sessions at my office in Morgantown and virtual sessions to clients anywhere in West Virginia or Pennsylvania. My office is located at 235 High Street, Suite 816, Morgantown, WV 26505. Virtual sessions can be joined from a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

  • I integrate aspects of Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and somatic techniques. I tend to let clients lead therapy, or at least collaborate with clients about their goals. If you are interested in a specific modality, that would be a good thing to mention during your consultation call. See more about my approach in About Me.

  • Yes, I have a limited number of sliding scale spots offered at a reduced rate to help make therapy accessible for a wide range of clients. I currently have some of these spots open.

  • I do a fairly structured intake with clients in the first session to gather a lot of information quickly and get me up to speed. Other sessions will be much more informal and flexible.

  • I work with adults 18 and on through the lifespan.

  • I see a lot of clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and attachment (relational) issues. I often focus more on helping people process difficult experiences and identify unhelpful patterns in their lives rather than diagnosis.
