What to expect

A free consultation with me is an informal 15-20 minute phone call. I’ll ask about you a bit about what you’re hoping to get out of counseling at this time, and I’ll share with you a little about my counseling approach to see if we’d be a good fit. Then I’ll get a little more information, including your insurance if you plan to use it.
