A trailhead is an invitation to explore, whether it’s a signpost in the wilderness, an internal struggle, or an interpersonal conflict. If we approach a trailhead with curiosity, compassion, and the courage to follow where it leads, it can take us towards growth, healing, and resilience.

Integrative counseling
In my work, I use techniques to integrate both mental and physical experiences. Our physical bodies can remember our life experiences in ways that our conscious minds do not. By increasing our awareness and comfort with our body sensations, we can deepen therapeutic work, gain new insights, and greatly increase our ability to tolerate difficult feelings.
